Summary

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pre-K After-School Program Teacher to join our team. This position supports young learners in a safe, structured, and fun environment after their regular school day. Ideal candidates will have experience working with preschool-aged children and a passion for nurturing their growth through creative play, social development, and enrichment activities.

Duties

• Supervise and engage Pre-K children in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors
• Lead small group enrichment activities such as art, music, storytelling, and games
• Promote social-emotional learning, cooperation, and positive behavior
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff about daily activities and child progress
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a group setting
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to creating a positive environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with young children
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 12pm - 6pm
