See open positions Location Employment Type Full time Department AI Engineer – Agentic Systems & Marketing Workflow Automation inflection.io is reshaping marketing technology with intelligent automation. We empower marketers by leveraging the latest in large language models (LLMs) and AI agentic systems to optimize, automate, and personalize every aspect of the marketing workflow. Role Overview As our AI Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end development of agentic systems that harness LLMs to automate and orchestrate marketing workflows. You’ll architect, build, and launch reliable AI-driven components, working closely with technical and product teams, with a direct and measurable impact on our platform and client success. Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement agentic workflows for marketing automation using LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Build and maintain multi-agent systems for campaign execution, reporting, content validation, and other automated marketing use cases.
• Integrate LLM-powered features into our SaaS offering, ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.
• Benchmark and assess LLMs for applicability, performance, and cost in production-grade systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine requirements and rapidly iterate on workflow and agent capabilities.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with emphasis on distributed systems and data management fundamentals.
• Proven experience independently building at least 2 fully functional agentic flows using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew, n8n, or similar in production or live proof-of-concept environments.
• Strong programming experience in Python; proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and MCP servers.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems design, data pipelines, and cloud-based service scaling.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-driven features into real-world SaaS or MarTech platforms.
• Start-up experience, especially in early-stage or high-growth settings, with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced iteration.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices, API design (REST/GraphQL), and DevOps practices.
• Past work orchestrating marketing campaigns or building marketing technology tools.
