Quick Quack Car Wash is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team!

Position Overview: We’re looking for a strong Associate Creative Director to help lead, motivate, concept, and in many cases, design content for our busy creative department. Reporting to the Creative Director, the ACD will be responsible for helping to develop design concepts and campaigns while ensuring they are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. This will include graphic design, sourcing photo and video content to customize and edit, as well as mentoring and overseeing a small group of designers, copywriters and video editors as well as our social media team.
You Will:
Assist the CD overseeing a busy creative team by providing guidance and ideas while executing on content, campaigns and anything creative coming from Quick Quack.
Ensure that projects are best-in-class, delivering on time and with little to no drama.
Help to ensure creative team and marketing partners overcome obstacles by working closely with team members to create attainable solutions to design tasks.
Help with creative strategy and partner both internally and cross-functionally to ensure expert-level communications and design across all touchpoints.
Create concepts and visual elements that are compelling, elevate engagement, enhance customer loyalty, supports marketing and branding efforts, and drive business revenue.
Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines, consistent messaging and strategy.
Be able to confidently present concepts and final deliverables to internal team
Create modern visual messaging for market launches, multiple channels and for larger awareness campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and drive customer engagement
Craft and concept, creative content for paid media placements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and drive customer engagement
Encourage, mentor, and manage a team of designers and copywriters, providing actionable feedback and growth trajectories.
Review and approve all creative output, ensuring quality, accessibility, and brand consistency
Champion creative cohesion and uphold high creative standards across teams and projects
Jump into hands-on design work when needed—no task is too small
Partner with leadership to optimize workflows, tools, and processes for faster, better creative outcomes
Deliver outstanding creative to internal partners and collaborators
Ensure timely delivery of polished assets across multiple workstreams
Qualifications:
Must have photo and video shoot experience.
Must be willing to travel roughly every other month to Utah or N Cal.
Must have a portfolio showcasing strong concepting and design skills.
Must be a critical thinker who can work fast in a stressful, fast-paced environment and deliver top-notch creative on time and on budget – week after week.
Must have previous experience ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
Must be up to date on the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
Must be able to pick up and design – not just concept and review.
