Overview

Under the supervision of the Site Administrator and/or designee, the Building Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Maintaining appropriate records for monthly reports.
• Taking inventory and ordering monthly building supplies.
• Managing and coordinating of facility usage by internal and external means.
• Providing facility security (Building lock-up, monitoring membership desk, lobby).
• Performing related work as required.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in Facilities Maintenance preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills are preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to work with diverse populations preferred.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
• Must have and maintain a current Massachusetts Driver's License.

BOSTON RESIDENCY REQUIRED
