Skillet’z Cafe is looking for a hardworking and efficient Busser to support our dining room team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting servers to ensure smooth and efficient service. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to have you on our team!

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used dishes, utensils, and trash
• Reset tables for new guests, ensuring clean table settings and a tidy dining area
• Refill water glasses and support servers by delivering bread, condiments, or other requested items to tables
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and restrooms as needed
• Restock supplies such as silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments in the dining room
• Assist in carrying food and beverages from the kitchen to guests as required
• Help servers and hosts as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Adhere to all Skillet’z Cafe safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Respond to guest requests or communicate them to the appropriate staff

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a busser or restaurant support role preferred, but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members wherever needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
