Job Summary We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests Provide information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues Update customer records in the database Meet and exceed customer service goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a plus If you are a customer-focused individual with great communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
