Part-Time Dental Hygienist – Pediatric Dental Office | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Rotating Weekly Schedule:

Week 1: Monday & Tuesday

Responsibilities:
Maintaining patient medical records, updating patient medical history, and vital signs as needed.
Conducting complete patient X-ray procedures, including taking, developing, and storing X-Rays as necessary.
Completing periodontal charting as directed.
Preparing tools and equipment necessary for the Provider and assisting the Provider with exams as necessary.
Performing preventative periodontal care on patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, root planning, and the application of preventative agents and sealants.
Administering local anesthesia as necessary.
Working in tandem with the doctors to carry one column of restorative work each day.
Educate patients on the importance of dental hygiene.
Qualifications:

A licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Idaho

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Experience or passion for working with pediatric patients

A friendly, professional, and proactive communicator

Someone looking to supplement their current schedule with consistent, part-time hours
