We're looking for a Desktop Service Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and deploying and maintaining desktop hardware and software. Required Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates will have eperience with M365 experience with Azure AD expertise
and Fundamental Network knowledge (DNS/DHCP) and good desktop support experience.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security updates
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain desktop documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest desktop hardware, software, and security updates
- Participate in desktop hardware and software procurement and lifecycle management
- Monitor and analyze desktop performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with user onboarding and training
- Manage desktop inventory and asset tracking.
