What does a successful Director, Integration & Execution, Global Brand do?

We are looking for an experienced Director of Integration & Execution to drive operational, project management, and process excellence for our brand, marketing, and communications division. This role will report to the Head of Strategy, Operations & Insights and support the build out of a project management office to support the dynamic work streams of the Marketing Teams and Centers of Excellence to ensure we're delivering integrated project outcomes. This dynamic role requires a highly-collaborative, masterful facilitator and skilled project manager with a proven track record in executing projects against the iron triangle of constraints of time, scope, and costs in ways that are incremental to the optimizing the performance of the teams.

What you will do:

• Manage projects initiated by our Marketing Teams, which are aligned tightly with our business units, that are then executed in partnership with our Centers of Excellence, where the functional discipline and expertise resides.
• Be a strategic leader in developing and refining process excellence efforts to optimize the operational performance of the Global Brand team.
• It's critical that the work of this team is not siloed and is optimized to move from the strategy development to project planning to execution in an integrated way. This role will need to drive that integration.
• Collaborate with other project management resources and team members throughout global brand, marketing, and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and effectiveness in go-to-market strategies across all channels.
• Work with our global regional teams to ensure all process and operational excellence is driving their localized outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to executive leadership.
• Manage other Integration & Execution Team members to ensure a culture of high-performance, accountability, and project management discipline.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of project management experience
• PMP Certification, or equivalent

What would be great to have:

• Experience in the financial technology landscape and/or brand and marketing
• MBA or master's degree

Important info about this role:

• We're better together. This role is fully on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary.
