Electronic Assembler
Reporting To: Production Coach
Work Schedule: Onsite - Johnson City, TN
To be considered for an Electronic Assembler role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- HS diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.
- 3 years minimum experience as a production operator or equivalent
As an Electronic Assembler, you will:
- Work from complex drawings.
- Perform inspection and test procedures.
- Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems to determine cause and recommend disposition options.
- Demonstrate knowledge of documentation procedures related to manufacturing and quality of hardware.
- Accessing electronic documentation and checking revisions.
- Maintain Receiving records/documentation and job files as required.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities.
- Assist in training / cross-training of others.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
- Follow written directions and have excellent attendance.
- Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This job requires access to US export-controlled information.

Salary Range Transparency: Johnson City, TN $16.69-$20.00 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
