Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Business Manager Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals in their career looking to break into business development, client relations, and sales industry. As our Entry Level Business Manager Associate, you’ll play an essential role in driving sales performance, building relationships, and managing customer accounts on behalf of our largest trusted client, Verizon.

 

Key Responsibilities of our Entry Level Business Manager Associate:

  • Work in tandem with Verizon’s customers, educating them on their telecommunications product lines and assist in closing the sales process
  • Utilize negotiation tactics and cross-selling techniques for contract and product upgrades, where applicable
  • Build rapport with prospective and existing clients through personalized outreach and solution-based selling
  • Represent Verizon’s products and services to customers with professionalism and accuracy
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Entry Level Business Manager Associate team members to execute sales and client acquisition strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics

Entry Level Business Manager Associate Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent entry-level working experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role is highly desirable, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn business operations and sales strategy
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in Richmond
