Our client, a leader in the industrial, marine, and mining industries, is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Representative / Assistant Branch Manager to join their team. As an Industrial Inside Sales Representative / Assistant Branch Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Inside Sales Representative / Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Range: $16.00 / hour 

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Grow existing accounts by introducing customers to new product offerings.
• Provide fast and accurate product quotes to customers and prospects.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.
• Assist with branch management duties, including warehouse management.
• Utilize computer databases to verify customer information and manage orders.

What's Needed?

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Industrial Distribution industry is highly desired.
• Knowledge of Industrial and Safety products is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
