Marketing Manager (Hospitality and Restaurant industry) We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive impactful brand storytelling and digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. As the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of executing and optimizing campaigns that reflect our client’s brand identity while meeting key performance goals. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain a consistent and engaging voice across all channels. Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation (35%) Oversee all social media platforms, including strategy development, content creation, publishing, and performance analysis. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, values, and visual identity. Website Management (15%) Maintain and update web content, ensuring optimization for user experience, SEO, and business objectives. Marketing Materials & Brand Collateral (30%) Lead creation and updates of marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and graphic designers. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee production of promotional materials. Public Relations & Partnerships (10%) Support public relations efforts including press events, media visits, and collaborative brand partnerships to boost visibility and reputation. Asset Management & Reporting (10%) Maintain a digital asset library of photos, videos, and creative materials. Track performance metrics and assist with regular reporting on campaign outcomes and ROI. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or service-oriented industries. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European languages are a plus. Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content. Proficient in CMS platforms, digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Monday). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing. Familiarity with luxury branding, design aesthetics, and experiential marketing strategies. Comfortable managing tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Physical Requirements Must maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with industry standards.
