\n\nSUMMARY OF JOB:\nDemonstrates ability and knowledge to independently perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests, both automated and manual, within established time frame with accuracy and precision. Is able to perform multiple tasks such as: Quality Performance activities, quality control procedures, ordering, computer functions, and other duties as assigned. Strives to keep self technically competent and current. Ability to communicate in a professional manner, both written and verbal with all levels of Holy Redeemer Health system Staff and clients. Possesses strong customer service skills.
