Job Description

We're looking for a Service Manager to lead a high-performing customer success team in a fast-paced logistics and fulfillment environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in operations, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

As the Services Manager, you'll be a team coach —balancing direct support with leadership responsibilities across multiple warehouse locations. You’ll be responsible for improving processes, developing your team, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach the Member Services team to deliver high-touch support
  • Oversee daily order processing, inventory, and fulfillment operations
  • Manage escalations and proactively resolve operational issues
  • Develop SOPs and improve workflows through automation and efficiency tools
  • Monitor team performance with KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews and training, and schedule coverage for peak periods
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams for seamless service
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in customer service, including 1+ year in a leadership role
  • 3–5 years in logistics or operations, preferably in the wine industry
  • Strong skills in process development and team management
  • Proven ability to lead through change, prioritize under pressure, and drive results
  • Tech-savvy with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
