Job Requirements and Preferences Basic Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Minimum of 6 years of experience. CPA, Bar membership, or relevant credentials. Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of US Tax Code sections related to partnership structures and transactions, including 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, 743(b). Experience with M&A, equity transactions, and partnership allocations. Business development skills and client engagement experience. Proficiency in automation, data analysis, and digitization tools.
