Required Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field
Required Skills - Experience creating test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria (5 Years)
- Experience executing test cases under varying circumstances (5 Years)
- Experience documenting and evaluating test results (5 Years)
- Experience in detecting, logging, and reporting program bugs (5 Years)
- Experience tracking defects and troubleshooting errors (5 Years)
- Experience creating test procedures and training materials (5 Years)
Preferred Skills - Experience working with K-12 data (1 Year)
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau (1 Year)
Under the direction of an IT Supervisor, the quality assurance analyst will be responsible for reviewing project expectations, creating test cases and acceptance criteria, executing tests, and evaluating and documenting results. The candidate will create functional and non-functional testing requirements, test solutions, and ensure that the systems meet the desired specifications.
Job Duties - Create test cases and acceptance criteria
- Executes test cases under varying circumstances
- Document and evaluate test results
- Detect, log, and report program bugs
- Track defects and troubleshoot errors
- Create test procedures/training materials
- Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies.
- Collaborate with project team members on development, customer issues, and security requirements.
