We are seeking a Real Estate Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We own, lease and manage our commercial, residential, self storage and manufactured home communities. No real estate license required, but helpful. This is a full time on site position. Must be able to overseeing small office personnel operations. Staff includes, leasing agent, accounting, marketing, and maintenance personnel. Must have a college degree in business and or accounting. Ideally candidate should live in St. Charles county as properties are located in O'Fallon Missouri. Must have at least 5 years in management experience. An understanding and experience of Quick Books and general accounting, Self starter, no criminal history, an excellent credit rating, dependable, honest, and a multi taker. We are looking for someone who embraces conservative Christian values and morals. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday.
