Real Estate Special Projects Coordinator.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed team member to join Spear Management Group as our Real Estate Special Projects Coordinator in Auburn, MA.

Responsibilities include contributing to the exploration and creation of unique projects and fresh corporate ventures, while also serving as the key contact for ongoing enhancements within the organization.

Compensation:

$24 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Company Operations

  • Oversee document management, from purging and digitizing historical documents, streamlining organizational forms, online file organization, creating policies, and performing training to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead policy and procedure management, ensuring alignment with company identity through the creation and maintenance of clear, effective standards. Learning processes, assisting in creative streamlining solutions, and writing procedural manuals.
  • Drive the execution of company marketing initiatives, including reputation management, social media strategy, and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
  • Serve as the project lead for all IT hardware and software initiatives, overseeing the implementation process, developing best practices, and ensuring ongoing evaluation and optimization for seamless adoption and performance.
  • Provide on-site support during the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring successful execution and employee engagement.
  • Organizes, leads, and executes projects that fall outside the scope of other departments but enhance the company’s mission and efficiency.

Company Development

  • Assist with the integration of new properties into the portfolio, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient onboarding. 
  • Strategize and perform analysis on property acquisitions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a professional environment is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Teams and Office.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Adaptability to changing demands.
  • Self-starter capable of finding solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with co-workers, site staff, or vendors in an articulate, courteous, and business-like manner at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Property Management accounting software preferred. Yardi preferred.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn database accounting systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
