Job Summary:

The Reporting Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reports that support business decisions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and present insights through dashboards and scheduled reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Automate manual reporting processes for efficiency.
• Prepare executive summaries, charts, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and processes for transparency and reuse.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and respond to data/reporting requests from teams.
  
   

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a reporting or data analyst role.
• Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstratable understanding of data flows.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Understanding of business functions like sales, finance, or operations.
