This role involves close work with the TA team, handling high-volume tasks, and contributing to recruitment projects while maintaining system integrity. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, support accurate and efficient hiring, and uphold standards through proactive management and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update hiring requisition details in Workday. Ensure timely follow-ups and approvals for requisitions and offers. Manage referral bonus tracking and process payouts while addressing related queries. Conduct compliance audits and maintain accuracy across recruitment systems. Coordinate logistics and documentation for Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday and ATS platforms. Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities. Excellent communication and time management skills. Industry Experience: Prior experience in a coordinating role within HR or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a centralized model. Familiarity with HR systems and compliance procedures in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
