Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Specialist RN to join our team. This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including ages 18-99, focusing primarily on mental health assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for individuals presenting with mental health issues.


• Recognize mental health as an illness and provide compassionate care.


• Manage patient interactions with an unbothered demeanor to foster a safe environment.


• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.


• Current CPR certification required.


• Attendance at CPI training within the first 30 days of employment.
