About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for ERM Governance, Reporting, and Independent Review. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the risk governance, independent review, and reporting for the US Consumer Services and Global Commercial Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risks, ensuring the effectiveness of risk governance standards, and providing independent challenge to business practices. Key responsibilities include leading the development of executive-ready risk reporting, acting as a strategic partner to the Chief Risk Officer, and fostering a culture of proactive risk management and professional development within the team. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in risk management, with a strong preference for those with a background in large financial institutions. The role requires deep knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory expectations, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, experience in developing Key Risk Indicators and risk appetite frameworks, and familiarity with data visualization and reporting automation tools. The role demands a leader with strong executive presence, the ability to influence at the most senior levels, and a commitment to the company's values of innovation, shared values, and leadership behaviors.
