Job Description Job Description Location: Must be located within 50 miles of Warren Tech Center, Michigan Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM – Midnight EST (flexibility required) Compensation: $2/hr shift premium for shifts starting after 11 AM EST Key Responsibilities Engage with potential car buyers via live chat to assist with vehicle inquiries, dealership information, and service appointment questions. Provide proactive, friendly, and informative support to enhance the customer’s shopping experience. Promote vehicle features, benefits, incentives, and promotions when appropriate. Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and chat efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree required. ~ Must reside within 50 miles of Warren Tech Center (onsite training required). ~6+ months of customer service experience, ideally in high-end retail or tech (e.g., Nordstrom, Apple, Zappos). ~ Strong reading comprehension and exceptional written communication skills. ~ Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating chat platforms and dealership systems. Work Environment Hybrid setup: Initial training onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), then fully remote. Chat support operates 24/7; shifts are fixed for 13 weeks at a time. Candidates must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and Midnight EST. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
