Job Duties: Job duties include handling high-volume calls in a call center environment, scheduling customer estimates, addressing inquiries about products/services/policies, and managing messages and call routing. Key attributes include professionalism, patience, excellent phone etiquette, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, be detail-oriented, and have multitasking abilities.
