Scientific Marketing Manager / Director - in vivo Pharmacology

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

Join our dynamic marketing team at Pharmaron as a Scientific Marketing Manager. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about drug discovery and preclinical development with experience in drug efficacy testing in disease models. Become part of our team to help us elevate our brand and drive sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling narratives: Translate complex scientific concepts into engaging stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Create new content: Partner with our scientists to create engaging content that showcases our expertise such as brochures, white papers, flyers, webpage content, etc.
  • Lead marketing campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analyze and optimize: Track marketing performance, identify trends, and refine our strategies for maximum impact.
  • Represent our brand: Manage our presence at industry conferences and events.

Your Profile:

  • Location: Remote, the applicant must be located in Europe or North America.
  • Scientific background: A degree in biology, pharmacology, veterinary medicine or a related field is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience related to animal disease models in drug discovery or drug development.
  • Exceptional communication skills: A passion for writing and the ability to convey complex scientific ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for learning: A desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative spirit: Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and external partners with a willingness to travel as needed.
